AutoFlow AI offers the following subscription tiers:
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
You are responsible for any third-party tool costs (such as Twilio, Calendly, or CRM subscriptions) required to operate your automation system. We will disclose estimated tool costs before you sign up.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period, except as specified in our Refund Policy.
We commit to delivering your automation system within 48 hours of receiving your completed onboarding form. Delays caused by incomplete information, third-party tool access not being granted, or technical issues outside our control may extend this timeline. We will communicate any delays promptly.

The automation systems, templates, and configurations we build for you are licensed to you for use during your active subscription. AutoFlow AI retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, templates, and underlying code.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoFlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, lead conversion rates, or revenue increases. Results vary by business, industry, and market conditions.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by email or by posting updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
