We stand behind our work. If your automation system isn't delivering results, we want to make it right.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If your automation system isn't performing as promised after 30 days and we're unable to fix the issues, we will refund your first month's subscription fee in full — no questions asked.

How the Guarantee Works

To qualify for our 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • Your system must have been live and fully operational for at least 14 days
  • You must have completed the onboarding process and granted all required access
  • You must contact us at admin@getautoflow.tech within 30 days of your system going live, describing the issues
  • We will have 7 business days to resolve the issues before a refund is issued

What "Not Performing" Means

We define performance issues as situations where the automation system is:

  • Not sending follow-up emails or SMS within the agreed timeframe
  • Not correctly integrating with the tools specified during onboarding
  • Consistently producing errors or failing to function as described

We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., number of leads closed, revenue generated) as these depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, your pricing, and your products or services.

Refund Process

If you qualify for a refund:

  • Contact us at admin@getautoflow.tech with your account details and description of the issue
  • We will respond within 2 business days to address the issue or begin the refund process
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via your original payment method through Stripe

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations mid-billing-cycle unless the 30-day guarantee applies.

Setup Fees

AutoFlow AI does not charge setup fees. All setup and onboarding work is included in your monthly subscription.

Third-Party Tool Costs

We are not responsible for costs associated with third-party tools (Twilio, Calendly, CRMs, etc.) that you subscribe to independently to power your automation system. These are governed by each provider's own refund policies.
